I think that title is a move title...I cannot remember what it's about or who it stars but I bet you any money it is a rom-com!
Anyway I am talking about my plan to finally go out last night for a drink! It never happens and you know what? It didn't happen yesterday! It's not fair! At least we did buy drink from the corner shop down the road before home.
I can't even remember why we failed to end up anywhere... Also the corner shop guy is great! Our first meeting was not so good... he is very cautious of under age folk buying alcohol! And I of course look about 12!
So anyway the first time he did not like my drivers license and could not accept my matric card as ID even though I am clearly both those people and neither are fake. So he asked if I had anything else. I said I have a passport in my flat and I only live across the road! I will be right back with it!
And that was the biggest fuss over ID I have EVER had. We have since gotten over this as he now remembers me from that situation and he is also the guy who delivers papers to the bar I work at so I sometimes have to pay him for that.
P.S. I have since googled failure to launch and it is in fact a rom-com... I hope I never see it.

ReplyDeleteKirsty went to see that movie, did you know? I know because Lisa and I went to the cinema with her, and went to see another movie instead. Unknown to us she was meeting a guy from drama there and didnt want her mum to know so she needed cover. I can't remember what we saw.
ReplyDeleteIt really wasn't very good, the highlight was Zooey Deschanel shooting a mockingbird. And I DID tell you what I was doing, unknown to you my foot! I'm pretty sure you went to see something better anyway...
